AMENDMENT TEXTS AND DELEGATE RESOLUTIONS

The Delegate Resolution allows State Legislatures to safely, predictably and successfully limit the authority of their Delegates at a "Single Issue" Citizen Initiatives. This authority is reserved to State Legislatures alone, not Congress, not the Courts, not the Federal State Executive Branches. The delegates State Legislatures send to a "Single Issue" Federal Amendment Convention are Ambassadors of their State Legislatures, they are not free agents.
