National Director:

Charles Kacprowicz, founder of Citizen Initiatives which presently is proposing multiple Amendments to the United States Constitution through “Single Issue” Citizen Initiatives.  

 

Charles has been working to restore our Constitutional heritage in America for 40 years.  The Balanced Federal Budget Amendment and Energy Amendment are top priorities for Charles because he is persuaded that no debtor nation can long remain free. 

 

He has authored multiple position papers, the UNBORN CHILD AMENDMENT  – A National Strategy to Amend the U.S. Constitution, THE ELEVENTH NATION – America Identified In Prophecy and RECLAIMING AMERICA through SINGLE ISSUE Citizen Initiatives

 

Charles founded Internet Business Malls, Inc. and served as the company’s President and CEO.  The company had 50 employees in North Carolina with software engineers in Florida and Oregon. 

 

No stranger to media attention, Charles has appeared on many radio and TV talk shows.  He conducts prophecy seminars, has been the guest speaker before 200+ audiences, lobbied Congress on behalf of the Unborn Child Amendment and Late Term Abortion Bills and has received support from United States Senators, United States Representatives, State Legislators and Pro-Life Groups. 

 

He has served in the Church as Preacher, Elder, Deacon, Teacher, Jail Ministry Director and Youth Director.  Charles has been recognized by Entrepreneur Magazine for founding one of America’s top 500 entrepreneurial companies and has been awarded the coveted “Authority Author” status by EzineDirectories.com.

 

Charles has been married to his first love for 47 years.  He has two sons and seven grandchildren.  He’s a graduate of California State (Government/Political Science), with 4 ˝ years of post graduate work at Loyal Law School and Moody Bible Extension Studies.  He also served honorably in the U.S. Navy. 

 

State Director:

Sandy Toth is a resident of Columbus, Georgia transplanted from New Jersey. She received her BS and MS from Troy University, and spent most of her working years as a real estate agent and rental property manager. Sandy is the State Director for Citizen Initiatives and leading member of both the Balanced Budget Amendment and Energy Amendment Committees. Sandy has three children and four grandchildren. While wheelchair bound and retired, Sandy founded the Columbus GA Tea Party and remains president of this group.
 

Regional Director:

Rick Allen is a resident of Columbus, GA. He is currently a candidate for U.S. Congress in Georgia District 2, and was also a District 2 candidate in 2010. He has been the President of Vita-Rx Corporation for over 33 years.  Rick is the Regional Director for Citizen Initiatives and member of both the Balanced Budget Amendment and Energy Amendment Committees. A graduate of the University of Georgia, Rick has two Daughters, two Grandchildren, and is a member of: Wynnbrook Baptist Church, Muscogee County Republican Party, Muscogee County Conservative Party, Columbus GA Tea Party, Albany Area Tea Patriots, Chattahoochee Valley United For Life. He is also supports Act for America and FreedomWorks.

 

State Director:

William J. Herman is a resident of Lakeland, FL.  He and his wife of 52 years have four children and five grandchildren.  William is a disabled veteran and a retired businessman.  His business and organizational skills add valuable assets to Citizen Initiatives’ initiative strategies.  William is a trusted friend of Charles Kacprowicz for 40 years.  He and Mr. Kacprowicz worked closely together in many political and business endeavors.
